GAS GIRLS X KABLUT MAG

Through the modern spanish culture of the 'botellón' and 'parkineo', the photographic series 'GAS GIRLS' investigates the aesthetics and eroticization of race, gender and the 'queer- ness' presented in Y2K aesthetics, car racing and illegal parties, historically white cisgender subcultures. The director and stylist Hugo Ariza and Carmen Rodríguez present a new narrative inspired by particular scenes of the theme, mixing high fashion vintage pieces with typical cultural landscapes and recurring situations. The fashion editorial has several looks with clothing brands such as Mané Mané Studio and Manticora vintage.
