How not to get burned in the sun?

In summer, the sun's rays are the most dangerous. In order not to harm your health, avoid burns and other unpleasant consequences, you need to know about the basic rules of tanning:
🏖apply a cream with UV protection to the skin. 15 – for dark skin and 30-50 – for light (you need to update the sanskrins every 2 hours and after swimming);
🌞 do not stay in the sun at the peak of its activity – from 12 to 16. The most optimal time for safe tanning is the time from 7 to 11 and from 16 to 20;
🧢 don't forget about the headdress;
Drink as much water as possible;
🌅 if you spend a lot of time under the open rays, make sure that the clothes are as light, light as possible, made of natural fabrics;
After sunburn, moisturize the skin with soothing agents.
