When our brain perceives a situation as dangerous, it triggers the production of various hormones and neurotransmitters. For example, adrenaline, norepinephrine, cortisol – the so-called "stress hormones" are necessary so that we can attack the enemy or escape. Dopamine is an activating neurotransmitter of the central nervous system, stimulates our cognitive activity. Endorphins are responsible for reducing pain and lifting the mood (as a rule, they are the last to leave; when we have already realized that nothing threatens us, we experience euphoria).

My favorite franchise is A Nightmare on Elm Street. But the film is lost for 5 parts, and all attempts to resume, to continue the franchise, in my opinion, unsuccessful. I also like the first 2 parts of Hellraisers. Not so long ago, a new film from this franchise was released and, in my opinion, quite successful.
